1. How do registration and login work?
As a bidder at "traktorpool auctions" you must first register at auktionen.traktorpool.de. When you click on "Register", a corresponding input mask will open, which you must fill out completely and truthfully. You will also be asked to generate a password. After successfully completing the above steps, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. You can now log in with your email address and password and bid.
2. Who can participate?
On the bidding side, our offer is aimed at companies, tradespeople and farmers. A minimum age of 18 applies.
3. How can I bid?
You increase it by clicking on "Place bid" for the relevant item. This increases the amount by the bidding step specified by the system. Alternatively, you can enter a higher price than the currently displayed price in the number field in order to avoid or speed up the incremental increase.
ATTENTION: Your bid is always binding and must be paid by you if you are the highest bidder.
4. What is a starting bid?
In principle, every seller has the option of specifying a so-called starting price for the item he is offering, in order to protect himself against excessive losses due to insufficient bids.
5. What are the costs for me? How and when do I have to pay?
The highest bidder or the winner of an auction will receive a commission of 8% from traktorpool for a hammer price of up to €8000, from €8000 a commission of 4.5% of the hammer price plus the statutory sales tax of 19% or 9.5% ( For items sold on behalf of a customer). The invoice amount is to be paid within 10 days of receipt of the invoice without deduction by bank transfer.
6. Contact e.g. Seller or inspection of the machine possible?
Some providers give you the opportunity to view the auction item during the current auction period (usually 7 days). The contact details of the seller can be found in the item description.
7. Is there a guarantee and warranty?
At traktorpool auctions, transactions are exclusively between companies (B2B). Therefore, the exclusion of guarantee and warranty applies when purchasing an auction item - it applies "bought as seen".
8. Is it possible to cancel offers/bids?
Offers can be canceled until a potential buyer's first bid has been placed. From this point on, the auction runs irrevocably. Bids submitted are always binding and must be paid to the seller if the relevant auction is won.
